Welcome

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. I work with men and women who want to improve body composition, gain energy, and form new sustainable habits. I use a holistic approach to help guide individuals toward a more relaxed and fulfilling lifestyle that nourishes their body and mind. To do this, I offer a 12-week 1:1 coaching program that includes food, movement, and lifestyle components. I’ll work with you to help you chart a path to your goals, while you learn new things and build a lifestyle that enables you.

If you’re searching for a quick fix or something that doesn’t involve a little mindful practice, unfortunately we might not be a good fit. I’ve seen too many of those things and don’t believe they work in anyone’s long-term interests. Because I overcame my own chronic health issues, I know what it’s like to look at things from that perspective. I also know how amazing it feels to get out of that trap!

There are no prerequisites! You don’t need to have abs, athletic skills, or sky-high willpower. I am interested in YOU, and helping you meet your goals at a pace that is kind and reasonable, and will set you up for lifelong wellness. I also “get” the corporate grind. As an ex-lawyer, and high-stress corporate office worker, I know exactly what that experience includes. I can help you perform better within that environment, and get outside the box with your routine.

My goal is to help you learn how to use what you already possess: an amazing set of genes that know how to express optimal health when they’re given the right inputs. It’s easy, intuitive, and all within reach.
